About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead large end-to-end implementations of BriteCore’s cloud-based core insurance platform for P&C insurers
- Act as the primary liaison for largest customers, cultivating trusted relationships and managing expectations
- Control project scope to prevent delays and manage costs
- Collaborate with Implementation Analysts, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
- Articulate business requirements and deliver high-value outcomes
- Create and manage detailed project plans
- Coordinate resources and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Enhance implementation processes to shorten timelines, lower costs, and improve deliverables
- Provide progress reports to executive stakeholders at BriteCore and customer organizations
- Allocate resources, track effort, and forecast future project needs
- Facilitate outcome-driven meetings and document decisions and action items
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects
- 5+ years of experience leading core systems transformations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working in the P&C space
- 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships, setting expectations and persuading customer engagement
- Proven ability to stay organized while adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated experience managing high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach
- Experience working with industry-standard project management platforms and tooling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Up to 20% of domestic overnight travel required
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working in SQL (bonus)
- 1+ year of professional experience coding in Python (bonus)
