About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from multiple sources and systems
Report on progress toward headcount targets
Work with finance and MSD disciplines to forecast headcount by organization and location
Drive the integrity of headcount management systems
Review customers submitting telemetry reports and send reminders for missing submissions
Escalate non-responsive customers to management as required
Work with product licensing and customer compliance teams to ensure timely updates and data integrity
Track and report operational execution against goals using KPIs
Monitor historic performance and identify bottlenecks, impacts, and business risks
Define enhancements to current dashboards and support development of new metrics and dashboards
Perform data cleanup and quality checks to maintain accurate and reliable metrics
Assist in root cause analysis for operational issues and performance gaps
Provide regular project status updates to the manager
Work independently and collaboratively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
Strong emotional intelligence skills
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience; postgraduate coursework may be desirable, or Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience
Ability to work in an office environment
Business travel of approximately 10% or less yearly
