About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and execute customer compliance reviews to ensure adherence to contractual obligations
Work with the pricing and licensing team to ensure customers use the correct licensing model for their business
Collaborate with sales, legal, pricing and licensing, and software development teams to gather and analyze compliance information
Present findings to customers when they are out of compliance, working with sales
Coordinate with Broadcom compliance teams to determine audit scope and present it to customers when an audit is necessary
Work with sales and legal on remediation plans to recover fees associated with contract compliance violations
Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management, including the division General Manager
Provide regular updates to management and leadership on project and account status
Make daily decisions with minimal supervisory review and work independently and collaboratively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work individually and as part of an extended team
Excellence in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite
Experience in software licensing/pricing
Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Patience and emotional intelligence
Positive attitude and resilience
Ability to prioritize and communicate changes in priority, delays, or roadblocks
Familiarity with software contract terms and conditions
Telemetry and license management reporting and tools, including IBM ISV SCRT Reports
Ability to quickly learn a wide variety of technical and non-technical skills
