Own overall program planning, including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements
Emphasize quality and time to market
Manage customer requirements
Ensure good practices in standard methodologies and processes to deliver Broadcom solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have held Program and/or Project Management leadership role for 8+ years
BSEE or BSCE required
Must have simultaneously managed multiple large and small projects
Track record of successfully working with customers and internal company cross-functional teams, including customer managers, project managers, architecture, silicon design, board development, and software R&D teams
Experience managing project budget, profit and loss
Must be process oriented and able to plan, design, and implement process across cross-functional teams
Must be able to resolve and apply resolutions to address complex business/technical challenges utilizing people, process, and technology
Ability to quickly understand existing systems/technology and their dependencies with one another utilizing all project resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff
Strong Customer Service both internal and external
Ability to work effectively with all levels of Management
Effective executive-level presentation skills
Demonstrated experience in cross-departmental management, teamwork, and execution
PMI certification desired but not required
