Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in business management, operations, finance, business analysis, or a related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge and experience applying procedures, concepts, and best practices within a functional area
  • Strong experience using Excel
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify business issues, and recommend improvements
  • Understanding of budgeting, objective setting, performance monitoring, and operational planning processes
  • Ability to solve complex problems by evaluating multiple sources of information and applying sound judgment
  • Experience working across related functions and understanding how business activities integrate to support broader organizational objectives
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance within established policies and broad business guidelines
  • Experience supporting or leading small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, build consensus, and support colleagues across teams
