About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage existing client relationships and assist with developing new offerings to grow firm revenue
  • Manage client relationships, both prospective and existing
  • Collaborate on defining and executing new revenue streams
  • Manage internal organization projects and clients’ change management programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients as a trusted advisor
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and client reports
  • Lead Monthly Governance Committees and manage contractual obligations and client issue resolution
  • Liaise with Finance, Billing, Legal and other service teams to ensure client obligations are met
  • Assist with client-led audits requiring BPO participation
  • Lead strategic client projects
  • Manage creation, execution and delivery of client metrics and perform data trend analysis
  • Provide BPO Operations teams with client analytics support
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation
  • Use data and business intelligence tools to support decision-making
  • Work on pipeline opportunities to grow BPO revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in relationship management or business development within financial services
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Driven, motivated and intellectually curious
  • Attention to detail and impeccable time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with and present to senior executives
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Power BI
  • Ability to lead client meetings both in-person and virtual
  • Ability to travel to clients on an as-needed basis
