About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and hiring process support
  • Support recruiting for corporate functions across the U.S. market, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and support hiring timelines
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels and tools
  • Oversee applicant tracking activities, including accurate job postings, organized candidate pipelines, and timely communication
  • Communicate with candidates, provide updates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
  • Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information in the applicant tracking system and CRM
  • Support high-volume recruiting needs while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and candidate service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience
  • Recruitment experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing
  • Recruitment experience in the Financial Services industry strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles
  • Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus
  • Experience using ATS and CRM platforms; Workday preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment
