About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide in-depth data-driven analysis across the Finance organization
Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting tasks in the O2C organization
Assist with the Credit Memo Reserve and Reporting process
Perform reconciliations between systems to ensure data flow accuracy and integrity
Design ad hoc PowerBI reporting dashboards for various businesses and teams
Access and transform large amounts of data for analysis of Accounts Receivable metrics, Billing and Collections processes, Pricing data, and related areas
Collaborate with the data platform team to ensure appropriate data availability
Provide accurate representations in reporting dashboards
Participate in month-end and quarter-end close and reporting periods
Report to the Finance Manager – Data Analytics & Reporting within the Global Revenue Controller’s organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or other applicable fields
Experience working in a fluctuating environment where multiple projects must be handled at the same time
Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Experience with programming languages such as SQL
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical skills with focus on trend analysis
Ability to configure mass amounts of data into structured reporting dashboards easily understood by end users and Senior Management
Basic knowledge of PowerBI and ability to learn Alteryx, Snowflake, and other analytical and workflow technologies
Ability to digest reporting metrics and communicate their impact to senior management
Basic knowledge of general accounting principles and finance terminology
