Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement software solutions supporting financial information processing across cloud-based and on-premises environments
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing oversight for effective task execution and delivery
Analyze business requirements and ensure solutions meet functional and compliance needs
Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to support seamless system integration
Maintain software quality and adherence to development standards and guidelines
Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks for software development and test automation
Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve design, coding, and testing
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience
10+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practical use cases for engineering acceleration
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs
Experience with AWS and containerized deployments using Docker
Experience with EKS, ECS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Experience with Kafka and MQ
Strong understanding of secure coding practices, relational databases, and DevOps
Knowledge of SQL
