About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of product and business initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Track product priorities, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and summaries for business reviews and product decision-making
- Create presentations and materials for leadership meetings, product reviews, and business updates
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly leadership updates by gathering input from teams and partner organizations
- Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate risks
- Organize project plans, meeting cadences, status updates, and documentation
- Identify product, execution, and operational issues, risks, and gaps, and help drive resolution
- Facilitate meetings, including agenda development, note-taking, action-item tracking, and follow-up
- Maintain project files, reporting templates, product materials, and communications materials
- Support the RFP process with Sales and the business
- Apply knowledge of company processes, customers, and business drivers to support product and business objectives
- Provide informal guidance to new team members
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of the company, processes, products, and customers
- Ability to solve a range of straightforward problems
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using standard procedures, technical experience, judgment, and precedents
- Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
- Understanding of key business drivers
- No supervisory responsibilities; provides informal guidance to new team members
- Ability to work within guidelines and policies
- Ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
