About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate multiple medium to large, complex project initiatives using project management tools and methods
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones within established timeframes
  • Manage high-profile, top-tier client projects and communicate objectives, milestones, challenges, and status to stakeholders
  • Identify creative alternatives to challenges and lead subject matter experts to resolve issues
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
  • Model leadership, integrity, and innovative ideas while following company policies and procedures
  • Monitor project costs, understand pricing and billing procedures, and keep projects on budget
  • Provide client guidance based on Broadridge programming, technologies, and system capabilities
  • Coordinate tasks across legal, compliance, programming, operations, production, data processing, typesetting, billing, special handling, and tabulation
  • Lead and collaborate on proposals and system enhancements, including project scoping and effort assessment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of mutual fund industry and/or insurance product knowledge
  • Solid and extensive written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with ability to meet tight and competing deadlines
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Able to conceptualize innovative and creative approaches to project challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
