About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate high-impact media plans and presentations for Sales Directors and Client Success Managers
  • Own the full lifecycle of opportunities, from media planning to execution and reporting
  • Generate and communicate deal requirements for won opportunities, ensuring accuracy for campaign launches
  • Build and maintain internal relationships with Sales, Client Success, and Ad Ops
  • Liaise with publisher sales contacts to advance client campaigns and troubleshoot needs
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to transform campaign successes into client collateral
  • Become an expert in the digital OOH landscape and its role within omnichannel marketing
  • Develop understanding of inventory integrations across domestic and international markets
  • Serve as a go-to resource, executing tasks accurately and proactively meeting deadlines
  • Contribute to team documentation and process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0-2 years of experience in the programmatic media landscape, specifically within an SSP, DSP, or Ad Operations environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical base
  • Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools is a significant plus
  • Upbeat, energetic, and self-motivated approach to work
  • Ability to stay organized and excel in a fast-paced, evolving industry
