About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end production workflows for ongoing digital and promotional initiatives across Brooks Brothers and Nautica
- Manage bi-monthly site flips, category landing page updates, CRM/email campaigns, promotional assets, paid media, and signage requests
- Manage in-store signage and print materials, including vendor specifications, proofs, pre-press timelines, and delivery schedules
- Review creative briefs, scope requirements, evaluate capacity, assign resources, and establish milestones
- Facilitate review cycles and consolidate cross-functional feedback through final sign-off
- Route and traffic final assets to web development, marketing operations, e-commerce, social media, and distribution teams
- Build, maintain, and publish workback schedules for seasonal campaigns, capsule drops, and brand activations
- Track creative deliverables across Paid Media, CRM, PR, Visual Merchandising/Retail, Social, and E-Commerce
- Manage master production schedules for digital, print, in-store graphics, direct mail, and video assets
- Partner with shoot and post-production teams on timeline development
- Identify bottlenecks, deadline conflicts, and resourcing gaps; develop contingency plans and escalate critical blockers
- Coordinate internal creative teams, external agencies, performance media partners, and production houses
- Catalog, tag, and archive completed creative files according to brand naming conventions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related discipline
- 5+ years project management experience from an in-house creative services role or agency project/account management role
- Strong understanding of creative development and production processes across digital, print, and broadcast
- Effective relationship-building skills to establish credibility and business partnerships with internal partners
- Ability to logically plan and organize information
- Nimble and flexible, with quick reactions and performance under deadline pressure
- Experience managing processes, resources, and schedules
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to problem-solve and be resourceful
- Proficient with Mac and MS Office applications
- Experience managing projects in project management software such as Monday.com
