About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure relationship excellence for a designated client base
- Develop strategic relationships with senior client organization leaders
- Maximize client satisfaction, profitability, and product breadth
- Monitor operational issues and drive effective resolution through BBH collaboration
- Increase relationship penetration by selling existing and new products
- Embed BBH’s relationship management philosophy and drive insight-led selling
- Deliver new revenue objectives from existing clients
- Translate and customize market, strategy, and regulatory messaging for clients
- Integrate product, market, and client insights to drive competitive differentiation
- Lead or contribute to deal teams and client plans
- Identify and coordinate integrated solutions to clients’ strategic challenges
- Strengthen BBH’s brand and networks within the industry and market
- Collaborate with risk and compliance functions to fulfill regulatory and firm requirements
- May manage a small analyst team, including assigning and reviewing work, performance reviews, coaching, and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding and network within ETF and/or Alternative fund servicing market
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment and external market forces impacting asset management and financial institution industries
- Consultative, strategic relationship management and sales experience, approach and methodology
- Credible executive able to gain confidence and trust at the highest industry levels
- Ability to promote desired culture and associated best practices
- Ability to operate successfully within a team
- Experience executing an Insight-Led Sales Strategy
- Experience deploying technology to support sales activity, including CRM and knowledge management tools
- Communication skills with demonstrated presentation skills and excellent writing ability; writing sample required
- Proven negotiation skills
- Professional business acumen and ability to interact professionally at all levels internally and externally
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to see open issues through resolution
- Foreign language abilities and knowledge of foreign markets are desirable
- Travel is required
