About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the subject matter expert for key standards including PED, ASME, CRN, UL, and ETL
- Ensure all products and materials meet international regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update procedures, workflows, and process maps under ISO 9001
- Lead quarterly internal audits
- Coordinate certification processes for new products and accessories
- Communicate with suppliers and manage purchase requisitions/orders
- Drive cost-saving projects and negotiate certification costs with vendors/agencies
- Develop the department budget and monthly KPI reports
- Serve as the internal champion for compliance and spread certification awareness across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields)
- A specialization or strong focus on Thermal Engineering is highly desirable
- 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or Quality Engineer
- Experience preferably within the HVAC, heat exchanger, or heavy manufacturing industries
- Advanced English is a must
- Knowledge of PED, ASME, CRN, UL, and ETL standards
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Ability to interpret international codes and communicate with global compliance bodies and suppliers
