About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to technical questions from customers via email or phone
Provide technical advice and participate in technical discussions with customers
Create technical documentation
Analyze customer requirements to design suitable products based on application and site conditions
Coordinate with the factory to ensure solutions are technically feasible
Prepare and follow up quotations
Work closely with the factory to ensure smooth order processing
Communicate necessary customer clarifications or missing information to avoid delays or discrepancies
Support after-sales activities, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Follow up on progress and coordinate actions with the service team to ensure timely resolution
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good written and spoken English skills are essential
Degree or Diploma, preferably in an engineering course of study
Experience in refrigeration or heat exchanger equipment preferred
Strong communication skills for conducting technical meetings, preparing documentation, and providing email support
Analytical thinking with a focus on accuracy, technical quality, and structured problem solving
Customer-oriented approach: confident in dealing with technical issues
Organized, reliable, and able to manage and consistently follow up on multiple projects simultaneously
