About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Travel to client sites to lead unit startups, system commissioning, technical service, and deliver professional training to end-users
- Configure and establish control systems based on specific client requirements
- Support integration of Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet IP, and CAN communication protocols with clients' networks
- Partner with clients and the Service & Quality Solutions Manager to troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues
- Foster long-term client relationships
- Inspect, verify, and document incoming equipment and deliveries
- Maintain accurate operational records
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or related fields)
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, Controls Engineer, or Warranty Engineer in the industrial or HVAC sector
- Deep understanding of industrial control systems and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.)
- Advanced English (essential for corporate communication and technical documentation)
- Valid Visa and Passport are mandatory
- Availability for travel to support client sites
