About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the global Microsoft infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
- Design, implement, and operate solutions based on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune
- Manage Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Support and further develop Microsoft Unified Communications platforms
- Provide administration and support for end-user systems across all company locations
- Deliver 2nd- and 3rd-level support for infrastructure, client, and server-related issues
- Resolve incidents and service requests in collaboration with end users and IT teams
- Plan, deploy, and support new hardware, software installations, and release upgrades
- Administer and optimize Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix XenApp, and Citrix NetScaler
- Manage and support Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT security policies and standards
- Administer endpoint security solutions and central antivirus systems
- Support vulnerability remediation and security hardening initiatives
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
- Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, primarily using PowerShell
- Support modernization and operational efficiency improvements
- Contribute to global infrastructure projects and technology rollouts
- Collaborate with global IT teams, business units, and external service providers
- Support the global IT service organization in maintaining service quality and user satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or related discipline
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, or Application Developer with several years of relevant professional experience
- Min. 2–3 years of experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments and Azure infrastructure
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments in a medium-sized or large organization
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java
