About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the thermo-fluid aspects of new products for Güntner’s standard units in line with current technologies and market specifications
- Research technical topics related to thermo-fluids, new refrigerants, and refrigeration systems
- Develop and select components such as fans, pumps, valves, and sensors
- Create Güntner specifications for newly developed components
- Lead and manage R&D projects related to thermo-fluids and new refrigeration technologies
- Investigate trends in natural and synthetic refrigerants
- Explore innovation, IoT, Industry 4.0, and AI technologies applied to refrigeration systems or Güntner products
- Support the Innovation and Concept Validation department with thermo-fluid and refrigeration calculations
- Assist the Testing and Validation department with performance, sound, and measurement tests
- Create and maintain a specialized thermo-fluid and refrigeration knowledge base
- Develop, update, and deliver internal training courses focused on thermo-fluids and refrigeration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration
- Conversational English
