About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and grow a NetSuite ERP practice area
- Provide leadership and direction to the NetSuite practice area
- Develop and execute the practice's strategic plan
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team
- Manage NetSuite Engagement Managers directly and NetSuite consultants indirectly
- Conduct performance management, mentorship, and career development
- Establish career development roadmaps and measurable progression objectives
- Oversee resource allocation, utilization, and project staffing
- Strategize with Finance on headcount plans and practice budgets
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and interview prospective consultants
- Serve as project sponsor for practice-specific engagements
- Oversee NetSuite implementation and optimization project delivery
- Participate in Steering Committee meetings and perform quality checks
- Make decisions on project scope and manage risks and issues
- Develop proposals, SOWs, and project-related change orders
- Develop business opportunities and maintain client and partner relationships
- Manage the practice's P&L and track KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Stay current with NetSuite industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting
- 3+ years of management experience overseeing and organization of 20+ individuals
- Proven track record of successful practice and organizational development in a Professional Services industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desirable
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems desirable
- NetSuite certifications are a plus
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools desirable
