About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as lead consultant on end-to-end NetSuite implementations
Act as the client's advocate during engagements
Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops
Lead process mapping, reengineering, and future-state process design
Advise clients on standard functionality and software and industry leading practices
Design functional system configurations and draft requirements and design documents
Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams
Translate complex business requirements and processes into technical designs
Perform fit/gap analysis
Collaborate with technical counterparts to deliver custom solutions
Manage scope, requirements, and project budget/allocation
Lead configuration workshops and offline configuration activities
Lead User Acceptance Testing and Systems Interface Testing
Lead end-user training and enablement planning
Define data migration strategy and lead or complete migration activities
Provide post-go-live client support
Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Support
Lead project management activities including status meetings, planning, work breakdown, and change control
Support new-client attraction and project scoping
Contribute to go-to-market, knowledge management, and enablement initiatives
Develop NetSuite product skills as required by engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
4+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience
8+ full life cycle implementations
4+ warehousing or manufacturing specific implementations
NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred: ERP Consultant, Administrator
Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
Ability to manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, and/or industry-specific experience
Ability to design end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools: SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk
Extensive familiarity with data migration plans and procedures
Hands-on experience completing Go-Live cutover data loads
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
Willingness to travel up to 30% to be on-site with clients as needed
Advanced NetSuite module experience, work in warehousing or manufacturing, Celigo/Boomi/FarApp expertise, SuiteCloud Developer certification, CPA/audit experience, APICS, PMP or CSM are desirable
