About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and support launches for new features, product updates, and select platform capabilities, including launch planning, audience definition, messaging development, and cross-functional coordination
  • Develop messaging and evolve positioning for assigned product areas, translating technical capabilities into clear customer value and distinct market stories
  • Conduct customer and market research through interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, community listening, and hands-on product exploration
  • Create Sales enablement materials, including launch briefs, battlecards, FAQs, pitch support, and internal guidance
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, Growth, Sales Enablement, and Customer Experience from planning through launch
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends, sharing insights that inform launch strategy, positioning, and product marketing recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or another technical category
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches or major go-to-market initiatives from planning through execution
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, credible messaging for a range of audiences
  • Ability to conduct and synthesize customer, product, and market research into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to move work forward independently
  • Experience marketing technical products, cybersecurity solutions, or offerings for highly regulated industries is preferred
  • Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Must be able to carry or move a laptop as needed throughout the workday
  • Requisite integrity to maintain confidential information in the strictest confidence
