Lead, coach and develop software engineers, focusing on growth, performance and ownership
Build and sustain high-performing teams that consistently deliver impactful software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering, or equivalent experience required
5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong technical foundation
5+ years of experience managing software engineers
Prior experience at a B2B SaaS company is preferred
Demonstrated critical judgment in AI-assisted work, including directing AI tools, catching failures, and editing output to a professional standard
Experience with Agile principles and a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams
