About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload of 10–15 clients
  • Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance
  • Track and review client progress
  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
  • Manage clinical scheduling with support from the Scheduling Team
  • Work with client success, family communication, billing, authorization, HR, and clinical support teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
  • ABA experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County
  • Full-time availability
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
