About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload of 10–15 clients
- Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
- ABA experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County
- Minimum of 25 billable hours/week
