About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and supervise clinical care for BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload of 10–15 clients
  • Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance
  • Track and review client progress
  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
  • Work within a primarily 2-tier model (BCBA + BT/RBT)
  • Manage own schedule with support from the Scheduling Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MUST HOLD ACTIVE BCaBA certification (BACB)
  • ABA experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County
  • Full-time availability
  • Ability to maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
