About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee clinical services for a manageable caseload of 10–15 clients
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
  • Evaluate and approve FBAs and treatment plans
  • Provide staff supervision, coaching, and clinical support
  • Promote ethical practices and the delivery of high-quality ABA services across all environments
  • Maintain control of schedules with assistance from a dedicated Scheduling Team
  • Support client success and family engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MUST HOLD BCBA CERTIFICATION
  • Current BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Preferred: 1+ year of BCBA experience
  • Strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and clinical decision-making
  • Comfortable providing services across home, school, and community-based settings
