About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business counterparts to identify and scope operational bottlenecks
Build tools to address operational friction across Customer Success, Exchange Operations, Trading, and Custody
Gather requirements, secure data access, and build trust with internal teams
Ship solutions using n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, custom Python, or other appropriate tools
Build and maintain production AI systems, including RAG pipelines, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and internal agents
Run workshops and training sessions for non-technical teams
Define metrics, track impact, and communicate what changed
Own delivered systems through production

Requirements

What you’ll need

Portfolio of things built, such as personal projects, side tools, public demos, GitHub, writeups, Loom walkthroughs, or live URLs
Evidence of moving fast with LLMs, including running multiple coding agents in parallel and coordinating between them
Understanding of frontier model capabilities and matching model intelligence to task complexity
Production experience with evals, error handling, and observability
Process-driven mindset with documentation, SOPs, and checklists
Ability to independently turn ideas into working software using AI coding agents
Ability to communicate technical work in business-relevant terms
5+ years in a role where tools used by people were shipped
Nice to have: experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector
Nice to have: familiarity with SQL and relational databases
Nice to have: Docker/containerization basics
Nice to have: exposure to blockchain or trading concepts
