About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design player interactions within Destiny 2
- Produce UX design work on a cross-functional team
- Convert goals and requirements into viable solutions aligned with UX strategy and design principles
- Use player interviews, flow diagrams, playtesting, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate and validate player experiences
- Establish and document strategies, guidelines, and patterns
- Collaborate with other designers from concept to completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
- User-centered design approach incorporating qualitative and quantitative insights
- Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, and typography
- Ability to break experiences down with a team and iterate based on feedback
- Ability to design sustainable moderate-to-large scale solutions
- Experience working on a cross-functional product team
- Portfolio with UX projects
