Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customers with the best experience across the store
Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy
Serve customers at checkout registers
Help customers with products, tools, advice and D.I.Y. projects
Work as part of a supportive, inclusive and community-minded store team
Participate in online chat interview, online video interview and onsite meet and greet during the selection process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be age 15 or over to apply
Genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
Enthusiasm for learning about products and services
Readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
Act with integrity, be safe and do your best
Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends, from September 2026 through January 2027
