About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply AI to project management
- Prepare and update detailed schedules
- Track physical progress in the field alongside project teams
- Monitor the S-curve for schedule and cost performance
- Identify deviations and propose corrective actions to the Project Leader
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis
- Consolidate engineering, procurement, and construction information
- Support CAPEX control by comparing planned versus actual expenditures
- Issue weekly and monthly status reports
- Monitor contracts, payments, and purchase requisitions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Indaiatuba, São Paulo, with four days on-site and one day working from home
- Experience in industrial project planning
- Hands-on experience applying AI to project controls, particularly Claude
- Field experience in construction, equipment installation, and industrial shutdowns
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project
- Availability for occasional travel
- Valid Category B driver's license
- Knowledge of TOTVS is considered a significant advantage
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is considered a significant advantage
