About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth by marketing all of KEDGE Business School’s B2C solutions
- Increase sales of degree and certificate programs to working professionals and career changers
- Build and implement the sales action plan with the manager and marketing teams
- Prospect new candidates and reactivate existing contacts by phone, email, professional networks, and referrals
- Organize and host webinars, information sessions, and meetings with candidates
- Participate in trade shows, forums, and open days, and ensure commercial follow-up with contacts
- Advise prospects, qualify their plans, and recommend suitable training pathways
- Present the benefits, terms, and career prospects of the programs, address objections, and support decision-making
- Track applications, organize admissions interviews and entrance examinations, and participate in selection panels as needed
- Support VAPP applications and funding procedures
- Facilitate introductions between work-study candidates and companies
- Manage the contracting process through to final enrollment and participate in program intakes
- Ensure data is entered and kept up to date in Salesforce
- Monitor recruitment, analyze gaps against targets, and propose corrective actions
- Produce weekly reports and contribute to activity forecasts
- Coordinate with academic, administrative, marketing, work-study, B2B, and Corporate Relations teams
- Monitor competitors and contribute to improving tools and the candidate journey
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in sales, management, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development and service sales, ideally in continuing education, higher education, or consulting
- Experience managing a prospect portfolio and meeting sales targets
- Strong command of the sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, value proposition, objection handling, and closing
- Comfortable with remote sales, conducting interviews, and public speaking
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and organize activities according to priorities
- Proficiency with a CRM; Salesforce experience is an advantage
- Good command of Microsoft 365 and professional networks, particularly LinkedIn
- Knowledge of professional training funding schemes is a plus
- Strong listening skills, service orientation, and persuasive ability
- Enjoys prospecting, with perseverance and a results-oriented mindset
- Thorough and reliable in managing applications and maintaining accurate data
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities
- Initiative and ability to propose solutions
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally and remotely
- Curious and adaptable to changes in the program offering and sales practices
