About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of students completing internships or work-study programs and present the School’s monitoring procedures, deadlines, and expectations
  • Organize and conduct progress review meetings with students and, where applicable, with the company
  • Assess the progress of the assignment, the relevance of the activities, and the student’s development
  • Respond to inquiries from students and companies and direct them to the appropriate contacts
  • Identify any difficulties encountered and provide an initial assessment
  • Read, edit, and assess students’ final reports on their professional experiences and assign a grade
  • Update monitoring tools and document communications
  • Ensure compliance with academic and administrative deadlines
  • Submit an annual report to the Head of the Professional Experience Department
  • Provide student reception services on campus or by phone
  • Participate in open days and respond to first-level inquiries regarding internships and work-study programs
  • Support work-study recruitment campaigns and final grading periods

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two- to three-year post-secondary degree, ideally in business administration, human resources, education, or student support
  • Initial experience in higher education, training, or student support preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to work with a young audience
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, remotely, and across departments
  • Commitment to procedures and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in office software, particularly Office 365
