About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead recruitment and conversion targets
  • Develop candidate pools and optimize the candidate journey
  • Monitor performance and implement corrective actions
  • Manage and engage the Postgraduate Recruitment and Promotion teams
  • Set objectives, support skills development, and manage performance
  • Organize and coordinate team activities
  • Develop relationships with high schools, partners, and referral sources
  • Identify new geographic areas and recruitment pools
  • Increase awareness and attractiveness of the programs
  • Coordinate sales and recruitment activities related to entrance exams
  • Lead key candidate engagement initiatives and contribute to improving conversion rates
  • Ensure coordination with the Entrance Exams, Admissions, and Promotion teams
  • Lead trade shows, fairs, open days, conferences, and candidate events
  • Ensure consistency in recruitment messaging and sales pitches
  • Measure the performance of completed initiatives
  • Track recruitment, commercial, and entrance exam KPIs
  • Ensure the quality of reporting and CRM data
  • Propose action plans to achieve objectives
  • Report to the Deputy Director of Recruitment, France

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in management, preferred
  • Proven experience in higher education
  • Proven expertise in commercial roles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in strategic analysis tools
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Project management skills
