About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the team’s shared mailbox, including receiving, sorting, and directing inquiries
  • Handle customer requests and receive and track purchase orders
  • Monitor the billing process for plan approvals, administrative services, and insurance certificates
  • Assist with preparing and issuing invoices for key accounts, in compliance with contractual requirements, internal procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Ensure procedures relating to credit notes are followed and contribute to related reporting
  • Provide administrative follow-up for files and ensure the quality of billing data
  • Contribute to the smooth running of administrative and billing activities for key clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two-year post-secondary qualification in management, administration, or accounting (BTS, BUT, or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of experience in billing and administrative management
  • Excellent command of Excel
  • Comfortable working with numerical data
  • Professional English proficiency, enabling communication with clients and the international network
  • Rigorous, organized, and reliable
  • Strong service orientation
  • Team spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
