About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage purchasing processes and negotiate with suppliers
- Administer and monitor rental, maintenance, and service contracts
- Control fleet availability, movement, and utilization
- Monitor fleet performance and cost indicators
- Coordinate vehicle acquisition, delivery, and decommissioning
- Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Manage vehicles’ legal documentation
- Oversee budget control and cost analysis
- Prepare management reports and monitor KPIs
- Ensure compliance with compliance, safety, and sustainability policies
- Maintain up-to-date records for audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in corporate fleet management
- Experience with purchasing processes and supplier negotiations
- Experience managing contracts and controlling budgets
- Knowledge of performance indicators and cost analysis
- Knowledge of ERP and fleet management systems
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques and Strategic Sourcing
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
