About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership and set strategic direction for procurement across the business
  • Develop and implement high-level procurement policies aligned with project requirements, budgets, timelines, and regulatory standards
  • Lead major supplier negotiations and establish long-term agreements
  • Prioritise and deliver key procurement initiatives aligned with company business plans and purchasing strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must hold and maintain a security clearance (Baseline or higher; NV1 preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics, business, or a related discipline
  • MBA or equivalent highly regarded
  • Proven experience in procurement, advisory, or consulting
  • Proven track record of leading successful service delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to analyse complex information and translate it into effective business strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and engage at senior levels
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team environment
