About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical and administrative support to field and operations staff
  • Coordinate project assignments, setup, communication, scheduling, and completion
  • Coordinate schedules with vendors, clients, and internal/external teams
  • Develop project progress, problem, and solution reports; track data through web-based project management tools
  • Receive and distribute Client Supplied Material (CSM)
  • Contact municipality departments for project information
  • Conduct document research of client-supplied materials
  • Submit and track check requests for municipal data and information
  • Track and procure pending municipal data needed for zoning and SIR reports
  • Support the RFP Team by processing/obtaining FLEX IDs for new vendors
  • Write technical zoning reports and site-investigation reports (SIRs)
  • Communicate required information and expected delays to stakeholders
  • Revise reports when additional municipal information is received
  • Provide zoning-related information to clients verbally and electronically
  • Lead responses to post-delivery client questions and requests, delegating follow-up as needed
  • Identify and communicate workflow efficiencies
  • Deliver timely, proactive customer service and protect confidential company information
  • Follow company policies, procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Work overtime with prior authorization when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required
  • Minimum of two years of administrative type experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project/technical documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Proficiency operating a computer and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software
  • Time management, active listening, critical thinking, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
  • Ability to successfully work from remote location
