About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership and support the development of one of our Supply Chain Operations teams
- Take responsibility for ensuring the quantity- and deadline-compliant planning of materials, production control, and customer order fulfillment
- Conduct analyses, determine KPIs, and derive appropriate measures, including those aimed at optimizing inventory levels
- Manage and optimize all relevant end-to-end supply chain processes, including supplier and customer processes as well as make-or-buy decisions
- Contribute to and lead SCM projects, including projects within the global value chain network (e.g., master planning)
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in material planning, order management, supply chain management, or procurement
- Leadership experience is desirable
- Confident use of the SAP ERP system and experience with KPI-based management
- Fluent business English
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Structured and independent approach to work, resilience, and assertiveness
