About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including medical evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Manage chronic conditions and support patients with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active or eligible Missouri or Illinois medical license
  • DEA license
  • Experience or interest in behavioral health or addiction medicine preferred
  • Addiction Medicine certification or willingness to obtain preferred
  • Monday–Friday availability
  • Physicians seeking to practice in an underserved community and collaborate interdisciplinarily
