About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the Revenues & Benefits ICT systems and Business Support team
Provide systems support to Revenues & Benefits teams
Proactively manage systems to ensure the smooth running of the department
Lead the Technical team responsible for systems administration and user access
Proactively manage and fully exploit NEC/BACS systems for maximum efficiency
Work with software suppliers to ensure high service levels and value for money from software contracts
Work with Revenues and Benefits Service management to support effective service delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years NEC (Northgate) system management experience
Experience of NEC (Northgate) as a back end user is essential
Experience managing Revenues & Benefits ICT systems
Experience with systems administration and user access
Experience with NEC and BACS systems
Ability to work proactively with software suppliers
Ability to work with Revenues and Benefits Service management teams
