About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform requirements gathering, functional analysis, data analysis, system design, and configuration
Lead discovery discussions and document findings with clients
Work on multiple projects and collaborate with diverse resources to meet timelines
Recognize and document data types, regulations, mapping, and conversion needs
Facilitate communication between clients, implementation teams, and stakeholders
Contribute to product enhancements, design, and testing
Coordinate with IT and Product Development teams to conduct system testing and validate bugs
Maintain system and instructional documentation for internal and external use
Escalate implementation-plan deficiencies and identify schedule conflicts
Participate in business-process standardization and re-engineering
Own work from initial receipt through resolution and closure
Conduct research and root-cause analyses for compliance-related issues
Support coordination of statistical data for analysis and research
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related field of study
2+ years’ experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, and/or carrier systems and processes
Familiarity with Benefitsolver preferred; conceptual understanding or prior experience highly valued
Expertise with Excel strongly preferred, including V LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Concatenate Functions
Experience leveraging SQL, programming, and database tools strongly preferred
Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information and adherence to company guidelines
