About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between clients and production teams
- Manage and facilitate client calls and new client administrator training
- Maintain client documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and process documentation
- Participate in ongoing education on product releases, updates, and system functionality
- Educate and consult with clients about relevant product updates
- Communicate updates about system functionality, industry news, open items, project initiatives, and resolution activity
- Drive continual improvement in service delivery across teams
- Coordinate Annual Enrollment and Plan Year closeout activities
- Participate in sales finalist meetings and support prospect visits and scope-of-services presentations
- Partner with internal teams to identify trends and training needs
- Provide support and expertise to the Service Center team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Communication preferred
- 4+ years’ experience working with clients and building relationships, with direct experience in consumer accounts, employee benefits, or benefit administration
- Strong understanding of consumer spending account administration and its impact on the industry
- Knowledge of consumer accounts systems
- Strong relationship management and project management expertise
- Analytical skills and ability to engage and motivate multiple stakeholders
- Ability to lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and establish relationships
- Consultative communication approach
- Ability to partner with other functional areas and organizations
- Ability to maintain grace under pressure during busy seasons
- Resourceful and creative problem-solving ability
- Comfort learning new technology and communicating effectively with clients
