About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations covering pipeline, bookings, revenue, marketing performance, and account progression
  • Transform CRM, marketing automation, financial systems, and BI platform data into business intelligence
  • Design and maintain scalable GTM reporting solutions
  • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers through advanced analysis
  • Build and lead a high-performing analytics function
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations on financial frameworks for Account-Based Marketing
  • Establish KPIs and measurement methodologies for account engagement, buying-group penetration, pipeline progression, conversion, and ROI
  • Analyze account-level investments and outcomes to guide budget allocation and optimization
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to revenue efficiency and marketing effectiveness
  • Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Systems, and Executive Leadership
  • Advise on planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
  • Translate complex data into recommendations for non-technical audiences
  • Support quarterly and annual planning, including targets, investments, capacity planning, and growth initiatives
  • Develop forecasting models linking marketing and sales activity to pipeline, bookings, and revenue
  • Perform scenario analysis and investment modeling
  • Improve data governance, reporting consistency, and metric definitions
  • Automate manual reporting workflows where possible

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Revenue Finance, GTM Finance, Business Analytics, or a related function
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Strong experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-facing presentation experience
  • Ability or strong potential to hire, coach, develop, and lead analytics talent
  • Data-driven and naturally curious
  • Strong storytelling and ability to simplify complexity
  • Ability to build credibility across functions and work in ambiguity
  • Detail-oriented with a bias toward action
  • Passion for using data to drive business growth
  • Commitment to analytical excellence, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
  • Preferred: Experience supporting SaaS, technology, recurring revenue, or B2B organizations
  • Preferred: Experience partnering directly with Sales and Marketing leadership teams
  • Preferred: Understanding of Account-Based Marketing concepts and performance measurement
  • Preferred: Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, or advanced analytics tools
