About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own defined features or workflows from discovery through launch and post-launch follow-up
Write problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and release notes
Partner with engineering and design to evaluate solution options, edge cases, dependencies, and sequencing
Use customer feedback, analytics, support signals, implementation feedback, and operational data to refine priorities
Prepare launch readiness plans covering support needs, internal communications, training, and risk tracking
Monitor adoption, quality, and operational outcomes after launch and drive follow-up improvements
Maintain roadmap and backlog hygiene for assigned work and communicate status to stakeholders
Build working knowledge of Businessolver’s benefits administration domain, client delivery model, and compliance constraints
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in product management or an adjacent role, or demonstrated readiness to own defined product features with guidance
Accounting, Banking, Fintech, payment systems, or related experience is highly valued
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and follow through on commitments
Ability to use customer feedback, metrics, and operational inputs to make local trade-offs
Familiarity with Agile development practices and product development workflows
Ability to use approved AI-enabled tools responsibly while following data handling and governance expectations
Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution
Comfortable working with engineers, troubleshooting issues, reviewing technical requirements, writing scripts for production support, and participating in implementation discussions
