Key responsibilities & impact

Test web applications, Web APIs, and Batch applications
Create test cases supporting business requirements across applications of all complexity levels
Execute manual and automated test cases
Document defects thoroughly
Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders
Enter test cases and document test results in the test case management system
Monitor defect tracking systems and manage bug tracking
Identify software issues and propose solutions
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years experience in Manual or Automated Testing
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Computer Engineering
Proven ability to break software and frustrate software engineers
Previous exposure to user interface development, billing/payroll modules, or import/export data files helpful
Knowledge of Gherkin test format
Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and the SDLC
Highly motivated, innovative, self-directed thinker with eagerness to stay up-to-date with current trends
Must comply with company policies, standards, security practices, procedures, and controls
