Key responsibilities & impact

Map opportunities to apply AI across the company’s various departments
Prioritize initiatives using an impact-versus-effort matrix
Build, deploy in Docker/Linux containers, and implement prototypes, cognitive agents, and operational automations
Use APIs, Python, or self-hosted platforms such as n8n
Evaluate, test, and approve new global AI solutions
Train and support internal teams in the responsible and efficient use of AI
Promote best practices and prompt engineering
Monitor deployment stability
Measure results such as hours saved, error reduction, and ROI
Ensure compliance with privacy guidelines and Brazil’s LGPD

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong command of the fundamental concepts of LLMs, MCP, agents, prompt engineering, and model tuning parameters (temperature, tokens, context)
Practical knowledge of Linux environments, including the command line, permissions, and services
Experience with Docker and Docker Compose for deploying, maintaining, and supporting self-hosted solutions
Experience building workflows and automation agents using visual tools
Practical understanding of HTTP/REST requests, webhooks, and JSON/CSV file manipulation
Ability to analyze operational workflows, identify productivity bottlenecks, and estimate automation feasibility
Knowledge of structuring, cleaning, and organizing corporate documents for AI-powered retrieval
Hands-on experience creating, deploying, and supporting solutions using generative AI and process automation
Track record of deploying self-hosted tools and services on cloud servers or in-house infrastructure
Intermediate English proficiency
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred: Intermediate to advanced Python knowledge
Preferred: Proficiency in n8n, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
Preferred: Experience with RAG architectures
Preferred: Familiarity with GCP Agent Platform/Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
Preferred: Knowledge of LGPD, information security, ethical evaluation, and AI risk mitigation
Preferred: Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
Preferred: Experience with PoCs and tracking end-user adoption
Preferred: Experience working at technology companies (B2B SaaS) or telecommunications companies
