Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering
  • Experience with RF planning tools (Atoll, Asset, Planet, CelPlanner, etc.) in support, project delivery, presales, or training roles
  • Experience working for mobile network operators or RF project service providers
  • Knowledge of the Atoll RF planning tool
  • RF planning across multiple technologies
  • Knowledge of mobile network optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Knowledge of propagation model calibration, BI platforms, GIS platforms, and Python is a plus
  • Proactive and analytical profile, with a problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, the ability to self-manage tasks, and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
