About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform client acquisition and relationship management for a portfolio of global VIP clients
- Build and expand relationships with existing clients through frequent, sustained communication
- Build customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track key customer status
- Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports
- Liaise with stakeholders across departments to provide optimal service solutions and customer experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.
- Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous
- Prior working experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, etc. is preferred
- Strong communication and written skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multitasking skills
- Enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and awareness of the latest trends and innovations
