About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Group Product Manager to translate product strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and outcomes
  • Own strategic product initiatives across Content Experiences, core DAM experience, and AI Agents
  • Identify opportunities and gaps across the product and experience ecosystem and turn them into actionable initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and other functions
  • Connect teams and products to help work progress across multiple areas
  • Apply a customer, brand, and experience lens to product decisions
  • Take ambiguous problems from framing through execution by developing hypotheses, aligning people, making decisions, and driving progress
  • Represent customers and users in strategic conversations
  • Create structure for initiatives spanning team boundaries
  • Shape strategy, talk to customers, challenge assumptions, facilitate alignment, and work through delivery details when needed
  • Partner with Product Leadership as a high-impact individual contributor and strategic partner
  • Help move strategic initiatives from ideas to measurable outcomes and shape future product direction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong B2B product management experience
  • Deep understanding of enterprise customers, their needs, buying environments, and complex workflows
  • Proven ability to work across product areas and lead initiatives spanning multiple teams
  • Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and turn uncertainty into clear priorities, decisions, and action
  • Strong ownership and bias toward action
  • Understanding of brand, customer experience, and user experience
  • Solid product and design sensibility focused on intuitive, useful, and well-crafted experiences
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working closely with Design and Engineering, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Good product judgment and ability to operate strategically and in detail
  • Experience navigating complex organizational environments and influencing without direct authority
  • Curiosity about AI and emerging product experiences, particularly agents and intelligent experiences
  • Experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) is a plus
  • Experience with CMS, content operations, or enterprise content workflows is a plus
  • Experience with brand management, brand governance, or content management is a plus
  • Experience building products for creative, marketing, brand, or content teams is a plus
  • Understanding of challenges organizations face when managing content and brands at scale is a plus
